The Marriage and Family Wellness Hub is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. This full-time remote position will focus on providing essential mental health services within educational settings, specifically tailored to the needs of students and their families. Work Environment
This role is designed to be remote, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance while supporting school-based programs. Key Responsibilities
Provide individual and group therapy sessions to students, couples, and families, focusing on a variety of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, and trauma.
Conduct thorough interviews to gather and analyze social, environmental, and health-related information pertinent to each client.
Develop and implement therapeutic plans tailored to the unique needs of clients, integrating evidence-based practices.
Facilitate crisis intervention sessions as necessary, ensuring immediate support and access to community resources.
Maintain accurate documentation in client records according to organizational and regulatory protocols, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
Regularly assess and evaluate the progress of treatment plans, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure optimal outcomes for clients.
Engage in ongoing professional development and supervision to enhance clinical skills and remain compliant with state licensing requirements.
Collaborate with school personnel and external agencies to provide a holistic approach to student care.
Patient Population / Client Focus
The ideal candidate will work primarily with children and adolescents in school settings, addressing a broad spectrum of issues such as behavioral challenges, emotional distress, familial relations, and academic struggles. This role requires a compassionate understanding of the complexities facing today's youth and the ability to foster a supportive and non-judgmental environment.
Qualifications
A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida.
Minimum of four years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting, preferably involving children and adolescents.
Strong understanding of therapeutic approaches, particularly in areas of behavioral health, trauma-informed care, and family dynamics.
Preferred Experience
Prior experience within an educational environment or providing school-based mental health services.
Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems for documentation and case management.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote setting, utilizing digital tools for communication and collaboration.
Compensation and Benefits
This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $85,000 to $104,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to the salary, employees are eligible for a SIGN-ON BONUS as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
